DO NOT RENT HERE - Their buildings are disgusting and un maintained. Their apartments are falling in constantly on tenants (for months to years) Brian is absolutely no property manager “unless you count him showing up once a year. The tenants of this property were seen daily shoveling and icing the property (Is this not a property managers job?? Lol!) These buildings are a great place to soak someone for a Lawsuit, come on in!
