Been living in 1363 lakeshore for 14 years. 27 supers during this time. Unlicensed pervy trades,buddies with original owner who is not a licensed realtor and presents himself as mr bigshot. They do things over and over again as they are either incompetent or they just don't care. Do not buy or rent from molinaro who owns the building now. Once they get your money you are invisible till the next time they harrass you because they think they can. Not quality folk.
