When calling Ganz Realty Property Management your first point of contact is with a woman by the name of Silia Spognardi. Silia is awful to deal with. First she answers the phone as if its such an excruciating task and then she throws around attitude when you are is requesting maintenance at your rental property. Silia isn't nice at all, she most likely hates her job. That feeling is transferred through the phone - I wouldn't want to meet her in person - She is repulsive.
