Don Chown abuses his power and breaks the condo act. He uses his power to make you spend thousands of dollars as he puts liens on property when in fact he his the one breaking the law. He his a coward and should not be trusted under any community. He scams people for paying more money on expenses then is actually there. If you don't he forces legal council to get his money. I hope it comes full circle on this clown.
