Rented a suite from this company and it was one difficulty after another. Putting off completing the walk through until it was too late, upstairs tenants trying to overcharge for the utilities, upstairs tenants in loud fights at 3am, refusal to write me receipts for the utilities I paid, a water leak that was "fixed" by steam cleaning that spot on the carpet. The list goes on and the landlord would argue and refuse the most simple requests. They are a nightmare to deal with and don't do any of the required due diligence a landlord should do!! Rent elsewhere if you can!
