Terrible Manager
I had a terrible experience with Brian Brian Lawless. He is the property manager of my neighbours house. This house is being rented out. The current renters broke the fence between our two properties and refuse to fix it.
I called Brian several times so that he can take care of this issue. It has been 5 months now that the fence was broken and that Brian said he would call someone to fix it.
5 months and still nothing fixed - His excuse is that the fixer is very busy ! (I call him every two week to get update on the situation) - After 5 months maybe it is time to call someone else .

Anyway he is slow, does not call you back, just ignore what you are saying or try to avoid the issue you when you call.
