This buildings have worst management. The management people are very rude and don't know simple ABC of English specially a lady somewhere may be from Vietnam. Hard to deal with her. The owner will get business if they fire her. Trust me, I was the tenate over there.

A piece of advise-Its better to die outside in winter than to live in these buildings. Was nightmare.
