Watch out for this company!

Be aware dealing with this company and its president, T. Elek. I’ve been fighting Elek for 8 years in court. I owned a restaurant. Check out the Toronto court filings dealing with T & C Holdings Ltd. Toronto. They are all public. Along with all the other owners in the plaza we were constantly fighting with increased taxes, maintenance, and repairs. Elek was very disliked. Be very careful signing a lease with this company.
