Our home
hi my name is Corrie. I live in Guelph and purchased a Victoria Woods home in 2011. we have had nothing but issues with our home. we are trying to raise our two babies in a house that keeps falling apart. first of all the house was a complete disaster when we moved in. I had to clean up broken ceramic tiles off the floor, dust everywhere it was a mess. we have had three cracked windows, our kitchen ceiling leak three times, my daughter's bedroom ceiling cracked, swollen baseboards and a crack in the wall in my linen closet, 2 basement foundation leaks causing black mould, our patio door lets water in when it rains. we are dealing with another foundation leak with black mold in our basement. as you can tell we are unhappy clients. I spoke to someone from talisker today, i was shaking i was so upset. what can you do for us? you can't honestly say that this kind of structure is acceptable? we are trying to raise our family and this home of ours has caused nothing but stress. I remember laying with my baby boy in his room and both getting an ear infections because the window was cracked letting cold air in. can you please help us and stay by your work? please help us fix the nightmare this house has been for us.
