Best Home Inspection!
We recently had Jim inspect an older home we were considering buying. We were really impressed with how thorough Jim was. He explained the most important areas to be addressed and provided a cost estimate. Very thorough report with pictures of the problem areas and how to address them. Really glad we had Jim inspect this home and now feel confident in proceeding. Will definitely call on Jim again in the future. Very professional and organized.

The most in depth and detailed report I have ever seen. Amazing things were brought to our attention giving us a clear understanding of things required or to be monitored and timelines. Even helped with itemizing costs of repairs and/or upgrades. Would recommend Jim Elliott to anyone. Excellent inspector!
