Hello dear future tenants, unfortunately I live at 40 Mc Gee Ave, in Kitchener. After not even 2 months that we came in and pay $40/month for an underground parking - somebody broke in and smash the windows from 26 or 27 cars.They make me sign a one year contract and now I am trap here. Of course the management did not care to change the looks or add some video cameras. On top of this 6 months ago there was another brake in and were damage 6 or 7 cars. Here is like in jail - you have to do what they tell you, no rights for you, oh yes you have the right to pay the rent. The administrator is always busy when you want to speak with him and you have to wait a long time for something to be fixed.
If you are Canadian is better, you get more respect. But if you are immigrant you are treated with no respect at all, even when you go and complain to the office on 82 Weber St. E in Kitchener, is the same. If you are Muslim you don't get the privilege to live in this building because they will not let you get in. And all this are happening in the year of 2015 in beautiful Canada.

Good luck with finding another place, if you want peace don't come to 40 Mc Gee Ave., in Kitchener.

Horrible company that's void of morality
The landlords and superintendents are directly responsible for causing incidents of harassment, violence, and suffering of many long term tenants by allowing known criminals to move in to their apartments without checking any references at all. Any issues that are brought to them involving harassment or criminals, they ignore and deny any responsibility. They harass the tenants by leaving threatening postings throughout their buildings which leads to angry retaliations that affect all the tenants. They enter apts without permission and get charged for it, and yet they learn nothing from it. They violate tenant's rights and human rights all to make money on cheap dumpy apartments.
