A total waste of time and money. Listening to him he knows it all. Will find issues that only exist in his own mind. Stay away from this expert!

Don't waste your money

This guy should've stuck to stocking shelves like he used to. Very unprofessional, unaware of current rules, stated my house had many issues, had 2 other inspectors come thru and no issues were raised.
