If you are the kind of person who dislikes paying enormous real estate fees and have the capability to sell your house yourself, then Bob and VIP Realty might be right for you. Together, we sold my mothers' house in late 2012. For a an upfront fee of $700, you get a lawn sign, Bob measures the house and takes 10 photos of the interior, verifies title but most important of all, he gives you a MLS # and lists it on realestate.com or whatever the site is that only realtors can place their respective listing along with all the contact information. Once done, he turns to you and says "now go sell your house" which I proceeded to do through print media, social media and numerous open houses. Under VIP, if a realtor comes to you with an offer, then Bob gets involved "realtor to realtor". Bob also provides a CMA comparing prices of similar houses in your area. In the end, it was a very positive experience working with Bob and all for $700, even though the buyers' realtor earned $5000 commission for putting the final deal together.
