Females beware!

My parents gave me a late wedding gift of 20K so that my spouse and I could purchase a home. This airhead let my spouse take the 20k and buy a home and NEVER PUT ME ON THE TITLE. While I sat there desperate and in shock, she continued to flirt with my spouse and act as if I wasn't even in the room. STAY AWAY, I am still recovering from this experience emotionally and financially over 15 years later.
