Do not deal with this women, she will take your damage deposit Then you won’t here from her and tell you there is a family emergency, she has done this to us and other tenants. She is also not a licensed Real estate broker as she says, don’t deal with her

Do not. I repeat DO NOT deal with Lorraine Murray on anything. I’ve been dealing with this lady for two months and it’s been nothing but an horrible experience. She won’t answer your call nor return them. Too much stuff to mention. So just be aware.
